Set Up Dunning in 3 Steps

Checkout Domain

Stay on brand by using your own domain to host Churnkey’s Dunning page.

For example: billing.yourcompany.com

Checkout Page Settings

Choose the page end-customers will be redirected to after updating their payment information.

For example: yourcompany.com/account

Email Sender Domain

Ensure Dunning emails arrive without issue by verifying your domain name.

For example: @yourcompany.com

Step by step

  1. Click the “Add Sender domain” button in your Dunning configuration page:

  1. Enter the domain name you wish to use for sending emails. For example: If you wish to send dunning emails coming from “john@acme.com”, then you need to validate the domain acme.com

Please note these email messages will be sent automatically by our system, so this has nothing to do with your regular email delivery applications or systems (e.g. Google Business). The only thing we need is to verify you are the owner of this domain, so that we can use it to send emails in your behalf.
